Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR 400, 500 MHz)
Nuclear magnetic resonance is a physical process in which the spin energy level of an atomic nucleus with a non-zero magnetic moment undergoes Zeeman splitting and resonance absorbs a certain frequency of radio frequency radiation. The position of the resonance signal on the NMR spectrum reflects the local structure of the sample molecule (such as functional groups, molecular conformation, etc.), and the signal intensity is often related to the amount of the relevant nuclei in the sample. The nuclear magnetic resonance bopp method has the characteristics of precision, accuracy, and penetration into the material without destroying the measured sample.
