Gas Chromatography (GC)
GC refers to chromatography using an inert gas as the mobile phase. Gas chromatography can be divided into gas-solid chromatography and gas-liquid chromatography. Gas-solid chromatography refers to a chromatographic separation method in which the mobile phase is a gas and the stationary phase is a solid substance. Gas-liquid chromatography refers to a chromatographic separation method in which the mobile phase is a gas and the stationary phase is a liquid. GC mainly uses the differences in boiling point, polarity and adsorption properties of substances to achieve separation of mixtures. It has the advantages of high analytical sensitivity and wide application range.
