About us
Agilent and DIONEX High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
HPLC uses liquid as the mobile phase and uses a high-pressure infusion system to pump a single solvent with different polarities or a mixed solvent of different proportions, buffers and other mobile phases into a chromatographic column equipped with a stationary phase. After the components are separated, they enter the detector for detection, thereby realizing the analysis of the sample. It is mainly used for the separation and analysis of compounds with high boiling point, macromolecules, strong polarity and poor thermal stability.
